At Loll Designs, we want you to love your outdoor space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding original shipping costs.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer experience team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it into the original shipping boxes to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to each box and drop them off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for any damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
